UDDIPAN is one of the largest national-level non-government organizations working across Bangladesh to alleviate poverty and improve the quality of life of disadvantaged communities. Through its extensive network covering all districts, upazilas, unions, and thousands of villages, the organization continues to promote sustainable livelihoods, financial inclusion, and social empowerment focused to gender, equity, and equality complying with the regulations of the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) and PKSF.
Following the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 15 November 2025, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of Vice Chairman, and subsequently entrusted with the responsibility of Acting Chairman in the first meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 30 2025. I am sincerely grateful to the Board of Directors and General Members for their confidence and support for me.
UDDIPAN remains firmly committed to its mission, vision, and core values, emphasizing good governance, transparency, accountability, and professional excellence. With the dedication and commitment of its management and staff, the organization will continue to strengthen its programs, enhance institutional efficiency, and contribute meaningfully to inclusive and sustainable development.
Dedicated staff force of UDDIPAN is the key strength of the organization. I salute their commitment and vow to extend our cooperation for them.
The highest power of this organization is entrusted client groups supporting the work plan and microfinance activities. I extend my and our employees cordial regards for them. Among them women are obviously encounted meaningfully.
Our deep gratitude remains for MRA, PKSF, lending Banks, and other partners for their continuous guidance and advice. Hope they will keep their cooperation in future during our tenure.
