UDDIPAN Micro Enterprise Operation and Management Training Course Held

Micro Enterprise Operation and Management Training Course was held at UDDIPAN Dhaka Training Center from 17-19 December 2019. In the course, 22 participants were participated from 22 Branches of 20 Regions.

The major objective of the course was to enhance the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior of the participants on Micro Enterprise Operations, identify and analyses the problems and overcoming measures for productive Operations and Management of the Micro Enterprise Programme at field towards effective enterprise and entrepreneurship development .

To enhance the motivation level of the participants, our Honorable Emeritus Chairman Md. Shahid Hossain Talukder; General Body Member Md. Mahbubur Rahman; Treasure Dr. Md. Golam Ahad through interacting with the participants. Md. Shahid Hossain Talukder discussed about Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy needs theory of motivation matching with the practical life situation. The honorable resource persons also provided directions to the participants to ensure intensive follow-up and supervision for productive and effective output of the programme.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Basu, Executive Director of UDDIPAN also took session and inspires the participants to be a productive staff and attain the goal and objective of the Programme.

As program personnel Mr. Faisal Muhmmad Wahid, Sr. Assistant Director-02 and In-charge Micro Enterprise; Mr. Johurul Islam , Assistant Manager, Micro Enterprise and Mr. Marufur Rahman, Manger and In-charge ICRMD took their respective sessions during the course.

Mr. S M Shahidullah,Assistant Director-02 & In-charge Training and Mr. Golam Faroque, Manger Training facilitated the 3 days long course.

During the course participants developed 6 months action plan aiming to better result and acceleration of the programme at field. The course was interactive, productive and enthusiastic. The participants enjoyed the course and express their satisfaction.
